DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

  • Economy Shipping: Delivery 2-3 working days — 14€ or FREE from 350€
  • Collection at our office: Available within 24h–72h working hours — FREE

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum order value is €100. Below that amount you cannot complete the purchase; we tell you in the cart before you reach the checkout.

France, Portugal and all other international destinations are handled by quote only. Write to us and we will prepare an offer with transport included.

DELIVERY

We deliver within Spain (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands). We also ship to other countries on request — contact us to arrange it.

Except in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for personalised products, your order will arrive within the time indicated for the shipping method chosen, up to a maximum of 30 days from confirmation of the order.

Delays: If we are unable to meet the delivery date on our side, we will contact you to offer you a new date or cancellation with a full refund. Delays outside our control (strikes, incorrect address, absences, etc.) are not attributable to delays on our part.

Absence at delivery: If you are not present, a second attempt will be made. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to the warehouse. If the order is returned for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, absence, etc.), the cost of the initial shipping may be deducted from the refund where abusive practice is detected.

Change of date: If you cannot be available on the estimated dates, contact us in advance to arrange a new delivery.

Non-delivery after two attempts: If, 30 days after your order became available, it has not been possible to deliver it for reasons beyond our control, the order will be deemed cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded, except for the extra costs of having chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one available.

Delivery: It is deemed completed when you or someone at your address physically receives the order.

Risk and ownership: The risk in the product passes to you at the moment you receive it. Ownership is yours once the total amount of the order has been paid.

VAT: Orders delivered in Spain are subject to the Spanish VAT in force. In other destinations, taxes will be adjusted in accordance with the applicable legislation.
