The invisible layer that stops shower water reaching your neighbour. ECODRY50 goes over the floor and walls of the wet area before tiling. The tile is bonded straight on top and the membrane stays hidden for good.

It is thin and flexible, so it barely raises the floor level: perfect when you are renovating a bathroom and cannot afford to lose height.

You will also need: SEALPLUS adhesive, ECODRY Corners for the angles and ECODRY TUB where pipes pass through.

Installation: maximum residual moisture in the substrate 3%. If you would rather not work with adhesive, there is a self-adhesive version: ECODRY50 TACK.

Installation

Install it yourself in 3 steps

  1. Prepare the substrate

    Clean, sound and with a maximum residual moisture of 3%. Floor and walls of the wet area.

  2. Start with the corners

    First fit the preformed corners, the perimeter strip and the pipe reinforcements. Then the floor and wall sheets.

  3. Tile directly

    The tile is bonded on top with tile adhesive. A watertight, guaranteed shower.
