A floor-level shower with no grate in sight. The Level tray arrives prefabricated, with the fall already built in and the drain integrated. You simply set it in place and tile it with the same tile as the rest of the bathroom: the result is a continuous floor, with no steps and no metal parts.

Because it comes ready from the factory, you skip the trickiest moment of a renovation: forming the fall by hand. No puddles and no surprises.

Please note: the tile laid on top must withstand at least 1100 N (ISO 10545-4) and be at least 7.5 mm thick.

The system includes a KIT with the following items:

  • 1. Tray. High-performance polyurethane base, 26 mm high.
  • 2. Trapped drain (convertible to untrapped) with a 40 mm horizontal outlet. Positioned at the centre of the tray and rotatable through 360°.
  • 3. Perimeter band. Revestech DRY50 jointing band, 0.13 × 5 m, to waterproof the junctions with vertical and horizontal surfaces.
  • 4. Wall trim piece. Compact PVC element, 14 × 14 mm. Its dovetail base improves grip with REVESTECHflex adhesive. Two units of the tray's longest dimension are included.
  • 5. PVC tile support. Required to hold the tiles onto the tray. It stops the tiles moving and makes it easy to lift them for cleaning. Two units of the tray's longest dimension are included.
  • 6. REVESTECHflex adhesive. High-performance adhesive for bonding the ceramic tiles onto the profiles and the perimeter band onto the tray's lip. Format: 310 ml cartridge.
  • 7. Installation protector. EPS protective board to prevent damage to the tray during installation.
  • 8. Cleaning key. Stainless steel tool for lifting the tiles to clean the base.

Installation

Install it yourself in 3 steps

  1. Check the height

    Requires 86 mm of installation height and a horizontal Ø40 outlet. Flow rate 0.5 l/s.

  2. Position the shower tray

    The slope is already built in at the factory. Connect the waste, set the trap in whichever position suits you and seal the perimeter.

  3. Tile over it

    Use a ceramic tile of at least 7.5 mm and ≥1100 N resistance. The floor stays continuous, with no step.
